After further research on Lisuga, I learned she is part of a Visayan creation myth involving Kaptan, the god of the sky, and her brothers, who planned an attack on Kaptan to gain more power. This innocent girl missed her brothers and went towards the sky to look for them. But as she approached the gates, Kaptan, blind with anger, struck her with lightning, and her silver body broke into thousands of pieces.
Considering this was a complete accident and she had no idea what she was in for, I thought an expression of shock would suit this moment the most, right before she shattered into stars. I seem to be drawn to tragic mythological girls!

She only wanted to find her brothers. Instead, she became the stars. ✨⚡️
