For the theme of Stars, I chose the Philippine goddess of stars, Tala. 🌟 In myth, she is known to use orbs of light to guide people to safety.
For the theme of Tree, I chose the Philippine mythological creature Kapre.🌳 They are tree giants described as tall, dark-coloured, and muscular, and sit in tree branches to smoke. Watch out for tobacco ash underneath trees! If you see this, don't look up and continue walking. Though in most stories they are peace-loving creatures, they have been known to become violent when their tree is defamed, cut, or burned.
For the theme of Rebel, I chose the Philippine goddess of the moon and revolution, Mayari. 🌙⚔️
